"I have the honor to enclose, for your Lordship's information, a List of Leases of Crown Lands which were put up for sale by Public Auction on the 13th and 27th December, 1856.
From this Return it will be perceived that for sixteen Lots there were no bidders, and that the remainder were sold at the upset price. The aggregate amount of rental derivable from the seven Lots sold, is £24.19/- per Annum.
